QUESTION: Does Thrive Physical Therapy accept insurance?
- We do not accept insurance, which means you’re responsible to pay before or at time of visit. We accept cash/debit/credit card and may be able to accept your HSA/FSA. But, if you have out of network benefits, we can provide you a Superbill that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. (FYI: a Superbill is a document that has all the information your insurance would need to reimburse you, if they offer reimbursement. We would print or email this to you and you would send it to them.) Please check with your insurance company to fully understand what your out-of-network coverage for physical therapy will be and get an estimate of what you’ll be reimbursed. Do this prior to your first visit.
